On July 31, 2013, all the MSTF members will gather in the new Dzongkhag Tshogdu Hall to discuss and finalize the MSTF work plan for the fiscal year 2013-14.
The meeting will start at 09:30 am and shall go on till 01:00pm. Dasho Dzongrab, the Deputy Chairperson of Dzongkhag MSTF, Zhemgang shall chair the meeting. Dasho will also have a presentation on 'Proposal for Rethinking MSTF Activities'.
After Dasho's Presentation, the members will be divided into six premeditated groups and shall carry out brainstorming of various innovative ideas so as to ensure that the discussion becomes more enlivening. It is also vital to enable diversification of MSTF activities.
*NB: The participants will also be served refreshments and lunch.
